We are looking for a talented IAM Product Manager, join our Cummins Digital team in Columbus, Indiana, U.S. (Hybrid)

To be successful in this role you will need the following:


  • The IAM (Identity and Access Management) Product Manager leverages Pragmatic Marketing principles and Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices in the application of lean product management and design thinking principles. This foundational application offer cross-business unit, externally facing applications support for user creation, user metadata management &provisioning to achieve a goal of one location & one user for all world-wide.

  • This role is responsible for defining/realizing the vision and roadmap while collaborating with critical customer, business & technical stakeholders using Agile practices and tools. Processes managed within this role include Intake of new projects, clearly understanding and documenting business problems, assessing and measuring business value for solutions, gathering/analyzing customer feedback, prioritizing top valued projects, maintaining high customer satisfaction through ticket closures and bug fixes and meet business objectives through creative, sustainable/scalable technical/web-based solutions.

  • Develops plans with technical teams to deliver critical features; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues.

  • Maximizing Profitability – ensures uptime and accessibility for all global external users to critical applications that support all power product activities


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.

Skills


  • Articulating Value Proposition - Interprets internal and external customer needs based on relevant application; explains and demonstrates products, solutions, and services to distinguish strengths and weaknesses to meet customer's specific needs to differentiate against competition.

  • Positioning For Target Segments - Aggregates appropriate inputs (e.g. customer perceptions, competitor positioning, alternative product capabilities) and determining where we need or want to drive the application for the target market segment or business scenario.

  • Marketing Plan Management - Develops business cases, outcomes and metrics to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives; guides and influences cross-functional implementation and creates framework to evaluate market responses and business performance.

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field from an accredited university/college OR 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree required.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
