Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clerical work including answering/screening/telephone calls to the appropriate person, resolution of calls (orders, quotes, etc) and daily invoicing of orders.


• Perform order entry for small to medium accounts (30k to 80K a year)


• Respond to customer requests for information concerning order tracking, order expediting and product availability for residential only.


• Notify customers of potential backorders, credit issues, order availability and any other information regarding orders.


• Troubleshoot and follow up on customer inquiries


• Process all necessary paperwork for the daily operations as required and deal with warranty issues.


• Receive credit card payments and transactions as needed.


• Assist with inventory controls including but not limited to cycle counts, daily review inventory levels, scrap processing and loss prevention as needed.


• Assist in unloading and loading vendor and customer vehicles as needed.


• Monitor completion of daily customer shipments as needed.


• Other duties as assigned.
