Pond is currently seeking an Architect II to join our Architecture Group. We are always looking for intellectually savvy and responsive people to complement our award-winning, growth-oriented firm. Qualified individuals who have their registration or are pursuing registration or working on NCARB certification should apply. Experience working in a design team through the design and documents phases, as well as through the construction administration phase. Successful employees at Pond & Company share a team based operating philosophy and work with multiple disciplines assigned to a project.



Requirements



Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in an A/E focused consulting environment., with a focus on commercial, retail, and military clients and other federal/DOD sectors is desired. Registered Architects or individuals pursuing registration is preferred. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with people, and strong presentation skills. Knowledge of Revit/BIM is required for this position.



Additional Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.


• Architecture license in or individual pursuing registration is preferred.


• Able to participate in a multi-discipline design charrette.


• Understanding and experience in using Revit/BIM is desired.


• MS Office.


• Able to periodically travel.
