Experience: 5-10 years global FP&A experience including providing financial analysis reporting and decision making to support key business activities in a similar organization, 5+ years developing key business metrics and tracking performance of the business plan while ensuring metrics are consistent and meaningful
Essential Responsibilities
Responsible financial advisor for the Industrial Process Division Corporate Finance function. Provide financial leadership and drive operational & financial performance for the IP Division.
Collect, consolidate, prepare and analyze operational and financial performance metrics relevant to standard FPA practices
Develop and measures Key Business Metrics (KBMs) to track the performance of the business to Plan and drive Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) to recover.
Provide key input for monthly performance reviews. Identify and communicate risks and opportunities against budget and forecast.
Provide financial analysis, reporting and decision-making support for key business activities including:
Sales and margin analysis
Customer and product-line profitability analysis
Commercial review (pricing, terms, level of service, etc.)
Operational performance
Working Capital management and maximization of Operating Cash Flow
Standard Cost Analysis
Ensures metrics are consistent and meaningful
Takes ownership on ad hoc requests and reports to management
Maintains key HFM retrieves used for financial reviews
Provides backup and assistance to the CFO for presentations to Sr. leadership teams
Seeks innovative ways to reveal performance improvement opportunities by leveraging existing data and making visual presentations
Develop a trust network by being close to Site Controllers and make sure their feedback is collected and process improvement actions are being conducted
Establish process and operating rhythm so that accountability is being driven at the business unit level
Maintains the rhythm and the overall process required for monthly reporting and budgets
Acts as liaison when needed between the Business Unit and HQ
Lead and execute Budgeting and forecasting

Strong understanding of computer systems to include Excel and Hyperion (HFM) or OneStream. Stronger consideration for those that already know HFM or OneStream.
