The Clinical Communication Liaison is a key player in the success of Confluent Health and Evidence in Motion's partnership and delivery of clinical and post-professional education. They will work with the EIM team (Director of Clinical Operations, Business Development Team, Post-Professional Program Directors, and UP clinical placement team) and Confluent Health companies and individual clinics to ensure success across the lifespan of Confluent Health employees. The ideal candidate will help foster "lifelong learners" through Confluent Health's relationship with Evidence in Motion. Responsibilities
Serves as the single point of contact for student clinical placements (DPT and OTD) across all Confluent Health companies.
Assist in new partner onboarding to the Confluent Health/Evidence in Motion partnership and educational offerings/pathways.
Coordinates with EIM Director of UP Clinical Operations to provide available and accurate site information in the clinical education database to include site availability, clinical instructor contacts, and residency options.
Assists EIM Director of UP Clinical Operations in the coordination of Letters of Intent for developing DPT and OTD programs.
Works with EIM Residency Program Directors on establishing and maintaining Confluent Health's hosted residency clinical sites per ABPTRFE guidelines as well as residency placement options as appropriate.
Facilitates the planning of presentations of EIM offerings to new and existing CH companies with appropriate follow-up with interested clinicians.
Represents Confluent Health at career fairs and conferences as well as the planning of residency, fellowship, and program panel discussions.
Coordinates with Confluent Health recruiting and HR to assist in student/therapist onboarding to Evidence in Motion as appropriate.
Provides monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to key stakeholders.

Education: High school diploma reuired, bachelors degree preferred.
