Job Description:

Experis has an exciting, new opportunity for a Remote Contracts Professional! In this role you will provide support to MGPS contractual tasks including SAM debarment Checks, GSA pricing compliance, GSA Reporting, audit, IOA review and other audit support as needed. Manage Subcontract Administration including flow downs, OCI and reporting. Coordinate cybersecurity training requirements and serve as the POC for NIST tracking. Support internal stakeholders including key account leaders, convenience market leaders, and other internal stakeholders who engage the MGPS PMO including subcontractors and other vendors as needed to coordinate and assist in diverse federal public sector support tasks submitted to the PMO.

Making an Impact
• For select accounts, serve as single point of contact for program compliance support including coordination of compliance related matters to field organization, training of same; tracking of new inbound orders, training new personnel regarding program details; following up on tool reporting and hours, etc.
• Attend and serve as Subcontract representative at program and project meetings as needed. Interface with other divisions including, but not limited to, Sales, Capture / Business Development, Accounting, Contracts, Pricing, Program Control, Program Support and Senior Management teams. Can also include Procurement and Subcontracts related training and or seminars.
• Assist as needed in the identification of business partners to cover performance gaps.
• Provide support for internal compliance audits for various issues, like wage and hour issues, paid sick leave and other compliance items.
• MGPS Contract Liaison to ITEC to lead contractual integration into MGPS contractual processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Sharing Expertise
• Coordinate with legal, finance, marketing, and other business units to successfully administer and ensure compliance with company contracts with various government customers, prime contractors, and subcontractors. As a Contracts Administrator provide support in the development, negotiation, and compliance of company contracts.
• Work with subcontracts team to ensure flow downs are issued to relevant suppliers.
• Identify all small business reporting requirements and work with Field and back office to ensue data tracking and timely reporting.
• Work with field to enhance use of small businesses to ensure program SBSP requirements are met.
• Validate subcontractors have executed proper subk package.
• Prepares reports and contractual correspondence for project manager, contracts group, small business liaison office, and clients as needed.
• Establishes and maintains accurate tracking records tailored to each subcontract.
• Support subcontract closeouts.

Gaining Exposure
• Review customer contracts and agreements to identify program-specific flows downs (not already captured in the MGPS basic supplier package); draft these program-specific flows downs into a contract addendum.
• Negotiate a variety of contractual documents to include task orders, modifications, non-disclosure, and teaming agreements.

Your Typical Day
• Provide support GSA Actions
• Provide support for GSA pricing compliance and audit records
• Update Training Materials, Coordinate Training
• SAM checks and subcontractor coordination
• PMO intake support tasks from the field related to compliance or pursuit support.
• Log requests into the PS tracker on SharePoint
• Maintain contracts inventory and respond to requests for copies, etc.
• 100% virtual
• May periodically require weekend or evening support
• Familiar with MS 0365 and Office products, SharePoint, Teams, etc.

Qualifications:

Required
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of full cycle Federal Government subcontract administration or related experience
• Full understanding of government contracting concepts, principles, and industry practices.
• Prior experience with Government (FAR / DFAR) contracting: Fixed Price (FP), Time & Material (T&M), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort (LOE), Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and General Service Administration (GSA) type contracts.
• Thorough knowledge of GSA Schedules, Compliance, Reporting is required.

Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Small Business Reporting and ESRS
• Familiarity with GSA online tools, processes, and procedures
