TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced PLM Senior Analyst - Windchill in Germantown, TN.
Represents Business team to elicit requirements from business users, review and analyze requirements
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Validate the coverage and completeness of requirements collected, along with creating artifacts
Conduct process gap identification and analysis for PLM and adjoining processes
Have ability to map the business requirements to Windchill functionalities and capture gaps
Coordinate with Solution Design and Business team to help them to manage business requirements and schedules
Validate the business requirements with the solution team
Understand the current PLM solution and have ability to play back to the business team and provide clarifications
Understand and define business processes & requirements
Document business use case and test cases
Who we are looking for
5+ years of experience in PTC Windchill products
Have very good experience of PTC Windchill PDMLink Products, Suite, Navigate (10.x, 11.x and above)
Functional experience in Engineering, Manufacturing and Product Change Management,
Have good understanding of PLM processes end to end
Good understanding of PLM system, associated process like BOM Management, Part Management, EBOM, MBOM, Configuration Management, Requirements management, etc
Demonstrated detailed working knowledge of PTC's Windchill application suite and experience in the development and deployment of transformational business solutions.
Support the program team in determining how business requirements can and should be designed and automated, and how they are then integrated with other business and technical processes and tools.
Work with customers to translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications, and manage changes to the specifications to support impacted business functions and systems
Maintain Technical Function peer relationships within our customer organizations.
Conduct process gap identification and analysis for PLM and adjoining processes.
Identify organizational change and help in management of the same for example: Roles, Training, and changes to procedures etc.,
Functional experience in Engineering, Manufacturing and Product Change Management,
Have good understanding of PLM processes end to end, especially in automotive industry.
