City Experiences is seeking a Project Manager for our National Marketing operations.

About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager with a consistent track record of leading marketing and creative development processes to execute campaigns and various projects. As the Project Management lead for the City Cruises US Marketing team, you will work directly with the Regional & National Marketing teams and partner with creative, digital, sales, legal, F&B, external agencies and other teams as needed. You will support the launch of the high impact marketing campaigns; develop timelines and milestones, manage budget allocations, facilitate communication to ensure project delivery requirements are met.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  •  Manage marketing projects/programs/ campaigns though the entire lifecycle: planning, creative, production, delivery and wrap up

  •  Organize and distribute all project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists and etc.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines in coordination with internal and external partners, identifying key points of intersection for different stakeholder groups

  • Facilitate project meetings, monitor and drive progress against project deliverables, help develop agendas and meeting decks, document meeting notes, maintain key project documentation (e.g., open items logs, project plans, etc.)

  • Identify key stakeholders needed to complete tasks and equip them with appropriate context and details regarding objectives

  •  Work closely with City Cruises Regional Marketing leads to understand business metrics and apply learning to future projects to improve performance.

  • Communicate precise and up-to-date launch status, risks, and needs to key stakeholders

  • Ensure cross-functional parties are held accountable to deadlines and deliverables

  • Anticipate and identify project risks early on and discuss mitigation strategies with manager

  • Develop tools/methodology to organize and drive work forward

  •  Initiate vendor paperwork (including but not limited to NDAs, SOWs, IOs, etc.) and manage the vendor internal invoice process

  •  External agency management

  •  Managing Annual Marketing calendar for Fleetwide activities

  • Provide input to budget, monitor and refresh forecasts

  • Develop a post-launch analysis process to identify areas of opportunity

Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience working with creative & digital teams, content managers, and marketers

  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Hospitality, Travel, or Events industry

  • Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative

  • Experience leading discussions with various audiences, including senior leadership

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Expertise in Microsoft office tools: Excel, Word, PPT

  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for having fun while delivering high quality work

  • A self-starter and efficient team player that is process and quality-oriented with sharp attention to detail

  • Highly collaborative, a great listener, and able to work across geographies to drive action and results

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and tight timelines
