This opportunity is open to candidates who reside within the states of South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, or Minnesota ONLY, and whose home address is within 100 miles of our physical PREMIER Bankcard location.


About the Role


PREMIER Bankcard is looking to expand its Retention team with strong communicators & problem solvers. This mission critical role will handle inbound account closure requests and make outbound activation calls to customers. Success in this role is measured by resolving customer concerns rather than focusing calls per hour. Our team will provide you the coaching and assistance you need to help achieve results and earn terrific performance incentives!



  • Customer communications via inbound calls with an emphasis on high quality service

  • Take and process payment information

  • Answer billing inquiries and other common questions

Hours: 


Full-time hours:
Monday - Friday 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., every other Saturday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.


Part-time shifts available 20 - 35 hours per week:
2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30p.m


To ensure you’re equipped for success, we deliver an extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length. You will complete classroom training that includes both hands-on learning and side-by-side mentoring. We also offer ongoing training opportunities for continuous improvement. No experience necessary!


Job Duties and Responsibilities 



  1. Responds to telephone inquiries regarding various call types to include, but not limited to account closures, account re-opening, and activation.

  2. Utilizes the outbound dialer on various call types to include, but not limited to, account closures, account re-opening, and activation.

  3. Utilizes various retention techniques (account benefits, financial incentives, or cross sell products) to maintain our account base.

  4. Maintains accurate account records.

  5. Reports unusual account/application activity to management.

  6. Maintains department standards as approved.


Pay and Benefits


Base wage starting at $15-$17.50/hr. based on prior experience. Want to earn more?
