Job Description:

Continental Properties is looking for a Community Marketing & Experience Coordinator to join our Marketing team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

You will manage the brand development, with online and offline marketing channels, with the goal of keeping our apartment communities occupied with satisfied residents, support the Marketing team in reporting, audits, budgeting and other operational tasks, and help maintain internet assets including the website and social media sites. You will report to the Director of Brand Marketing & Experience.

We are embracing a hybrid working environment and you can work both in the office and remote.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Partner with assigned communities to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on driving leads and achieving project goals


• Strategize paid and organic social media campaigns unique to the market to produce results


• Ensure community websites are optimized and consistent with marketing strategy


• Identify ways to increase resident satisfaction and retention for the communities

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required


• Digital/social media marketing, and email campaign experience required


• SEO, content marketing & website development skills


• Experience using Google Ads for digital advertising campaigns
