The Marketing Manager manages and implements marketing initiatives and programs for new opening and ramping academies, supporting overall system growth in accordance with traditional and emerging marketing channels and trends. Develops and supports implementation of local marketing strategies for individual academy locations. Supports creative and marketing communications for internal stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Conceptualizes and delivers multi-channel marketing strategies for new and transfer Academies that align with the Kiddie Academies overall strategic marketing plan
Discusses effectiveness and opportunities for improvement of marketing strategies with Academies and internal stakeholders
Provides direct support and counsel to both franchise and corporate owned locations
Participates in Franchisee and Director Training at the Corporate Office and occasional regional trainings
Develops creative briefs and guides strategic direction to meet objectives for all advertising and external communications, including print, digital, and video assets for internal stakeholders including Franchise Development, Education and Operations departments
Continuously develops, documents, and refines internal processes to improve marketing support for Academies and internal departments
Partners with Creative, Content, and Digital teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors

About you:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field, or commensurate experience
5+ years of demonstrated success managing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies throughout all stages of the marketing funnel
Exemplary and adaptable communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with business owners and a variety of internal stakeholders
Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts
Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
5-10% travel
