Description: Our client is currently seeking a Call Center Representative who will coordinate several operations for their company. They will have direct relations with clients, employees, and vendors.
Working shift: 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls, place return phone calls
Handle email correspondence
Schedule appointments with clients.
Handle of customers (end consumer) and clients' complaints or questions.
Act as a link between the company and clients.
Create methods to improve customer service and client relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, especially in dealing with clients.
Active listening and interpersonal skills are important.
3+ years of related experience
High proficiency with the Microsoft Office
High school diploma or GED
