As the Product Marketing Manager responsible for the EMS, Fire, RECERT, and Fisdap product lines, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement the marketing strategy, value prop, messaging, persona development, and positioning statements for the portfolio of products and solutions of which you manage.  This is a cross-functional role that will work closely with key members in Product, Sales, Program Marketing, Creative Services and MarTech to execute the developed marketing plan to achieve set revenue targets.


We are looking for candidates located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York or Maine.


Key responsibilities:



  • Develop discipline-level marketing plan that aligns to product strategy and sales growth goals.

  • Work with stakeholders in Product to develop pragmatic product launch documents that clearly articulate the target audience, problem and solution statements, persona-level messaging, and sales-enablement tactics.

    • Provide Sales Account Managers and SDRs with the necessary training and tools to successfully sell the portfolio’s products and solutions



  • Develop the campaign messaging across mediums (email, social, print, etc) and personas (instructor, student, professional)

    • Collaborate with Program Marketing team to put plans into action through content and campaign briefs

    • Collaborate with Program Marketing on campaign calendar/schedule, tracking campaign success, and monitoring MQL submissions.



  • Closely partner with authors and key associations to leverage subject matter expertise and relationships to further develop content marketing and event participation.

  • Develop course guides and catalogs based on frontlist and key backlist products

  • Create and maintain all product and discipline level pages on websites and microsites

  • Develop timely curriculum maps and see/sell guides as a resource for sales

  • Develop a true level of expertise in the products and solutions of which you manage

  • Collaborate with product to conduct analysis of competing products to identify our strengths and weaknesses

    • Conduct user and non-user surveys to test and strengthen product offering and messaging.



  • Execute conference and event messaging and strategy


Qualifications



  • Strong organizational and project-management skills

  • Driven to become an expert on the product portfolio and the market

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate the value prop internally and externally

  • 3-5 years Marketing experience including product marketing
