We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to play a key role within our organization and as an integral member of the Supply Chain Team. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and maintaining inventory levels and accuracy to meet customer demand and expectations of the company.
Job Responsibilities
Analyzes and maintains inventory levels of raw material, components and finished goods, and manages and oversees the handling of inventory related issues
Identifies and analyzes discrepancies in inventory data, and recommends improvements and assist in the implementation of changes to inventory control systems to continually improve accuracy
Monitors Negative Inventory Daily Reports, finds root cause and facilitates the reconciliation of the inventory in the ERP system
Carry out data analytics, research and response for variances
Responsible for the management of excess and obsolete inventory
Responsible for identifying the root cause of all inventory adjustments
Analyze Data and generate monthly reports to ensure inventory accuracy
Review ECNs and ensure proper disposition of material is executed
Performing regular inventory counts and reconciling the inventory
Verifying inventory counts from company warehouses and proper bin locations
Maintain detailed records of all transactions and provide monthly reports to Supply Chain Management
Ensures parts are set up correctly in the ERP system
Manage the Annual Physical Inventory with Supply Chain Management
Work closely with all Functional Departments on all Inventory related items
Work with Planners and Production Leaders to ensure timely and accurate transactions on production and assembly jobs
Support Organizational Goals and Objectives
All other Duties As Assigned
Requirements
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including strong Excel experience)
Strong analytical, time management and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to quickly learn new computer software
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to be a self-starter and work extended hours when necessary
Desired Experience
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
4-year Degree from an Accredited University in relevant field Preferred and a minimum of 5 years Inventory Control experience
