As the Business Support Team Leader within Trust you will:


  • Communicate directly with Senior Leaders and teams, directing work through project leadership, report creation and maintenance, and data management.

  • Direct a team of specialists helping to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business line. 

  • Serve as a functional owner for key department applications and data components. 

  • Be responsible to the President of the Trust Company

  • Implement core and strategic initiatives aligned with the area's goals. 

  • Serve as a primary liaison between the Trust Company, Finance, Information Systems, Operations, and other external partners for systems and workflows. 


  • Deep project management experience, leading complex projects to successful completion

  • 10+ years of experience in a financial services environment or relevant technical and/or system experience required; Trust-specific experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and industry certifications preferred

  • Background in change and/or risk management strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to communicate complex details effectively; ensuring understanding and influencing senior leaders, branches, internal stakeholders, vendors and other external parties

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and help refine internal and external processes and procedures associated with department functions

  • Understanding of regulatory environment and ability to reach appropriate conclusions in best interest of clients and firm

  • Well-established relationship management expertise and client-first mindset

  • Prior formal or informal people leadership in a team setting
