YOUR ROLE

• Drives Supply Chain financial analysis, forecasting and planning for Henkel Consumer Brands, North America


• Presents findings and recommendations to supervisors


• Monitors profitability and efficiency


• Prepares reporting well as budgeting and forecasting


• Leverages tools and systems to prepare comprehensive reporting


• Analyzes variances of budget for the previous year


• Works closely with the team in SSC and transfers the tasks to improve productivity in global / regional teams


• Supports global functional heads in achieving business strategy and financial KPIs


• Analyzes variances to KPI's and provides insights and recommendations


• Supports cross-functional business partners in achieving business strategy and financial

YOUR SKILLS

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Supply Chain required, MBA or CPA a plus 5-7 years of Finance or Supply Chain experience in a consumer products or manufacturing organization. Experience in a plant a plus.


• Clear understanding of financial statements Strong problem solving/analysis skills


• Ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines independently, meet critical deadlines on short notice, coordinate with offsite facilities & headquarters


• Proficiency with Microsoft office including; Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word SAP knowledge a plus

The salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
