Job Description:
Base Pay: $16.00 an hour / Part Time Differential: $1.00 an hour
TOTAL: $17.00 an hour

TVFCU desires to recruit talented service professionals who embody our overall values and are passionate about the work they do for our membership. Financial Services Representatives (FSR’s) provide exceptional member service by:

• Representing and promoting the Credit Union to the members and non-members in a courteous, professional manner.


• Greeting and responding to members and non-members with a smile and in a timely manner.


• Initiating casual conversations with customers shopping in the store.


• Handling various teller transactions as needed.


• Cross-selling Credit Union products/services and opening new accounts.


• Performing account research and answering member questions regarding account activity.


• Providing information in an accurate and timely manner.

Skills and Other Requirements:

TVFCU requires that candidates possess a high school diploma or equivalent with previous customer experience. Banking and sales experience preferred (but not required).TVFCU opportunities have the potential to develop into satisfying career choices that enable you to learn and grow.
