Job Function

Support Novacote team through delivery of:

Provide Applications Support
Complete assigned application requests and reports. Execute group responsibilities accurately and on time. Aid R&D and sales in growing the adhesive business. Conduct pilot trials at headquarters in West Deptford, NJ. Assist customers and sales with adhesive product recommendations, lamination troubleshooting, and proper adhesive handling. Provide guidance, training, and assistance to entry level and intermediate level professionals. Complete customer audits for process improvements.
Conduct Functions of Laboratory
Operate and manage laboratory equipment. Analytical capabilities and knowledge of advanced laboratory equipment. Maintain laboratory notebooks to ensure record and analysis of data. Report and order required supplies. Develop SOPs.
