Job Summary:

The Bloomfield Hills office has an excellent opportunity for a Wealth Management Administrative Sales Associate to assist Wealth Strategists with the major components of the sales process relating to the acquisition of new trust and investment management clients. Responsibilities include prospect research, pipeline maintenance, marketing support for the business unit, presentation preparation, and other activities essential to effectively manage the sales and marketing process. The target market is high net worth individuals and families, foundations, endowments, and non-profit organizations.

Major Duties:

1. Prepare and customize materials for sales meetings and presentations.

2. Responsible for supporting the business unit in all aspects of marketing and charitable giving.

3. Works with Wealth Strategists to maintain active prospect files and reminders to initiate calls for proper follow up.

4. Coordinates the process for new account documentation.

5. Enters and manages prospect information in the enterprise relationship management system to maintain an accurate pipeline for the wealth strategists and monthly sales projections for sales management.

6. Researches prospects through various external sources in preparation for sales calls and presentations.

7. Manages correspondence and reports for the Wealth Strategists, focused on proactive outreach initiatives.

8. Submits account documents to the legal area and external attorneys to obtain missing information, correct documents, clarify information, and resolve problem situations.

9. Performs special projects (i.e. coordinating reports, preparing account analysis and workflow reports) that require responding to specific account inquiries and issues.

10. Communicates with partner areas on all aspects of a client relationship and initiates activity which fulfills a partner's or client's needs.

11. Other duties as requested including project work for business unit President.

Qualifications:

Candidates will benefit from having prior knowledge of personal wealth management market and related products and services . Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills are necessary. Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word and Power Point are required. Prior experience in a similiar position and in financial services is preferred.
