Customer Service Representative at Dynisco in Franklin, Massachusetts

Job Description:

As the Customer Service Representative, you will serve and support our customers and Sales Teams. As a key member of the customer service team, your primary job responsibilities for this role are to process customer repair requests, coordinate repairs for timely delivery and billing.  You will support the customer team with order entry for finished goods and answers inquiries on order status. 


How You Will Make a Difference



  • Act as primary contact for processing customer repairs via email, fax or phone, entering them into our ERP system. Issues and Process Return Authorization Merchandise (RMA’s) and sales orders for customer repairs through our ERP System.  Provides customers with order confirmations and correspondences on status as needed.

  • Support customer service with general order entry of new orders and order status of existing customer orders. Manages a report of past due orders that have not shipped & coordinates with the customer

  • Review purchase orders to ensure the payment terms, part numbers, pricing and shipping methods are correct.

  • Coordinate order shipment dates and follow-up with Planning and/or Manufacturing

  • Responsible for electronically filing related documents including quotations, order confirmations and related service documentation accordingly.


What You Will Bring and Who you are



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Experienced in working with ERP systems, Computers and Microsoft office required
