Value Stream Manager
Purpose
Lead safe, effective, and efficient manufacturing operations for multiple product lines. Set and achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets through planning, communicating, challenging, coaching, mentoring, monitoring, and results measurements and evaluations.
Responsibilities
Assure safe, effective, and efficient manufacturing operations.
Lead, challenge, and develop team to achieve optimum results.
Establish, communicate, and assure achievement of manufacturing goals.
Lead and assure rigorous processes for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
Qualifications
Business, Engineering, or related degree.
Leadership proficiency.
Minimum 5 years manufacturing management experience, including supervision of supervisors.
Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams.
Business budget planning and management proficiency.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Talent management expertise, including talent development and performance improvement ability.
Strong ability in lean manufacturing planning, methods, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
