JOB SUMMARY
Lead the go-to-market strategy with regard to pricing (market access), analytics and reporting for a product division(s) focusing on building efficiencies for teams (including sales) serving similar target market segments.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Manages and directs the planning, development, testing, implementation and support of data and application-based technologies and functions. Automate business processes as possible.
2.
Establishes and reports on metrics and key performance indicators to track business health and provide insight into opportunity areas to be addressed or leveraged. Advise divisional leadership on the opportunity to incorporate additional analytics to support decision-making.
3.
Accountable for oversight of the completion of the annual operating plan development (KBI) including pre-process alignment of due dates and objectives with division leadership, development of analytical inputs, process, and timeline adherence.
4.
Leads team of business analysts that support the analytical needs of the product division and sales organization by completing routine and ad hoc analysis to provide insight into short-term and long-term business performance and outlook. In particular, provide market pricing insight, pricing strategy for bids, pricing guidelines for product and sales teams.
5.
Facilitate the development of sales plans and sales growth strategies, working in conjunction with division leadership. Includes the quantification of sales opportunities across different sales channels, customers, and market segments, and defining and prioritizing strategic plans to pursue these opportunities.
6.
Collaborate with division leaders to define success metrics, understand relevant goals, and measurement solutions as they relate to division analytics.
7.
Responsible for the development and management of actionable data and analytics that improve divisional and sales decision-making. Develop and maintain the division's analytical strategy, including using technology to gather data to support the health economic story of the products.

Education
Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 8 years of product management, marketing and/or sales experience.
At least 4 years of experience directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work.
Additional
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience developing and being accountable for strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget.
Experience and skills influencing, leading and directing individuals in multiple functional areas.
Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.

MBA
Relevant Work Experience
Experience leading individuals/team with technical and analytical backgrounds.
Additional
Expert-level skill in Microsoft Excel and data management.
Experience applying advanced knowledge of data manipulation and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Access
