Billing Supervisor at Manpower Group in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description:

The Billing Supervisor will supervise a team of Invoice Professionals responsible for managing several tasks associated with the billing process including invoice consolidation, PO management, invoice adjustments and delivery all while ensuring the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers. The Billing Supervisor is also responsible for managing escalations; working through billing & invoicing issues on various accounts; and identifying and working on projects as needed.

• Directly managing a team of Invoice Professionals and Team Leads

• Employee supervision, support, and training

• Timely resolution of field issue escalations

• Projects to drive processing efficiency

• Supporting managers and directors with day to day ad hoc activities

• Actively Participate in Meetings

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role

• Minimum of 1 year of billing experience

• BS/BA in business related discipline (Accounting or Finance) preferred

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong communication skills

• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong & demonstrated customer service skills

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong functional understanding of PeopleSoft & other 3rd party tools

• Innovative & forward-thinking with the ability to be operational and strategic
