What You Will Be Doing -Duties and Responsibilities:
-Achieving & exceeding individual sales quota
-Develop and manage relationships internally as well as within your respective industry vertical
-Create and maintain a strategic sales plan
-Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities
-Create enterprise level proposals, contracts, and value assessments
-Present to C-level executives and manage complex sales-cycles
-Help build account plans with account team and strategies for each target account
-Uncover customer needs
-Creatively identify new ROI-driven use cases
-Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through quarter business reviews and weekly forecast calls
-Share market insights, including product and competitive.
What You Need for this Position -Experience selling into the healthcare environment (payers, providers, hospitals/IDN, wellness)
-Bachelor's degree
-5-10 years direct sales experience in a quota-carrying role in the software/technology sector
-Experience in SaaS preferred
-Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles at all organizational levels
-Track record of success in carrying a quota of $1m at a minimum
-Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10%+ of company) in past positions
-Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com, and other business software
-Willingness and ability to travel approximately50%

-Minimum 2 years of Account Management, Direct Sales, and/or Business Development experience in a quota-carrying role in the software/technology sector
-Experience selling into the healthcare environment (payers, providers, hospitals/IDN, wellness)

-Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com, and other business software
-Bachelors Degree in Business, healthcare or other related field
-Knowledge in: Salesforce

-Knowledge in: Microsoft Excel
