Office Administrator in Kennesaw, GA! ---In-Office Position M-F---
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Pay: 50-60kk + bonus
Direct Hire w/ full benefits
We are currently looking for a reliable and responsible Office Manager. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping, prioritizing emails and phone calls, welcoming visitors, filing, on-boarding new employees, maintain and order office supplies, some project coordination duties, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements . The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. This person ensures smooth running of our company's offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
What You Will Be Doing -Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the President and executives behalf
-Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
-Performing minor accounting duties
-Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
-Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
-Managing the executives calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
-Maintain vendor relationships
-Assists in responses to internal/external guests including letters, phone calls and coordination of in-person service recovery
-Serve as an HR partner and assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, benefits enrollment and administration, employee record keeping, training administration, etc.
-Must have the ability to incorporate creative approaches to various projects by taking initiative and working independently
-Prepare reports and/or special projects, which may include data collection, coordination, final copy preparation, distribution, etc.
-Perform human resource functions and maintain employee records and files
What You Need for this Position -3-5+ years of experience as an office admin/manager
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills
-Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
-Working knowledge with Quickbooks, Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.
