About This Job
This position exists to develop future leaders through a two-year rotation program internal to Bank Operations (LEAD: Leadership Exploration and Development). Experience will be developed through assignments and projects of high value, skill specific learning opportunities including work experience, relationship, and formal training elements.
Essential Functions
This 2-year program offers extensive training in analytics, project management, leadership, communication, systems, and front-line production management by rotating through assignments across the division.

The trainee will report to a Bank Operations senior manager and have extensive exposure to leaders across the division based on assignments.

Monday Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Self-starter with professional presence and some leadership experience.
A desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, agile environment.
Ability to learn and use various operational systems to support assignments.
Excellent oral, written and communication skills including presentation experience.
Ability to work with a diverse set of resources and internal business partners.
Ability to manage projects of various size and complexity by meeting commitments and deliverable expectations.
Detail-oriented, strong time management skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.
This position will prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for senior leaders and will interact with senior leaders both formally and informally.
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a business or related field required or a Bachelor's degree in any field and equivalent combination of experience required
