About This Job

This position is responsible for supporting the CRF and Risk Control teams by maintaining customer records, assisting in the collection of customer information for verification of deposits, processing return mail and other duties to help achieve performance and quality objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Answer phone and email requests

  • Prepare, index and image signature cards and other documents. Review rejected maintenance requests and resolve or return to source for corrections.

  • Verify document images and ensure data entry of information into internal software applications

  • Provide customer service to branch personnel and business units regarding various issues and maintenance processing. Research requests and take appropriate action as applicable.

  • Provide department support by coordinating workflow and providing technical and training support

  • Assist with preparation and completion of garnishments/levies and verification of deposits

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Basic knowledge of the retail banking field

  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills

  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage multiple priorities without direct supervision

  • Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

  • Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Associate's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years administrative or financial services experience required
