About This Job
As an Account Reconciliation Specialist, you'll perform various daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform responsibilities including: DDA, general ledger, house account, unit positions, shadow, and held-away reconciliations
Ensure all aged items are researched and resolved in an effective and efficient manner according to the aged item parameters
Resolve complex reconciliation issues to limit financial liability and exposure to the organization
Ensure all reconciliation processes meet or exceed procedural requirements
Create or update procedures on various job functions
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm or 7:30am - 4:30pm
Flexible/Hybrid work arrangements available - training and introductory period onsite. Once training is completed and production standards are being met, 1-2 days a week onsite and 3-4 days a week work from home arrangements are available.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Basic knowledge of the securities field
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
2+ years trust, banking, or financial services experience related to reconciliation or accounting preferred
