We are a fast growing Real Estate venture group who own and operate multiple companies in the Gulf Coast region. Although a fairly newer company, we have grown to over 200 employees and will continue to grow as we expand markets. We have markets specializing in custom homes, production homes, and multi family. We also have divisions for land development and acquisitions. Currently we are looking to add some talent to our Build to Rent and Multifamily division!

What You Will Be Doing - Site supervision for Multi Family and Residential Build to Rent communities
- Manage and direct subcontractors
- Work closely with Project Manager to complete project on time and under budget
What You Need for this Position - Minimum 5+ years as a Lead Superintendent on Ground Up projects, completing beginning to end
- Multi Family and/or Residential Production Building experience
