The User Experience, Research, Accessibility & Inclusion (UERAI) team discovers ways to impact lives positively, validates solutions improve healthcare inclusively, and investigates how reality interacts with what Evernorth delivers to define the future of healthcare.

As the User Research Operations Senior Manager, you will:


  • Report to the Design & Research Operations team but you are a member of the leadership team for the User Experience Research, Analytics & Inclusion (UERAI) team.

  • Responsible for overall management of operations staff within Research & Analytics Operations.

  • Help our talented teams operate at their highest and most effective level. This role requires both execution and strategic-focused program management experience and broad knowledge of research's impact on product design and development.

  • Work with Researchers and Analytics teams to operationalize processes and increase efficiencies.

  • Participate and contributes to vision setting and roadmap activities

  • Contribute to the Design & Research Operations discipline within Evernorth

  • Act as a connector and problem solve operational hurdles to enable researchers to do their most impactful work.

  • Oversee management of the user research labs, equipment, and processes

  • Identify best practices and create documentation/policies around them

About You:


  • You lead with empathy and care about your team's well-being

  • Experience building and supporting a UX Research operations team

  • 4+ years people management experience

  • Experience with UX research operations, participant recruiting teams

  • Familiar with research process and methodologies

  • Self-motivated, flexible individual

  • Creative, analytical, and methodical in approach to problem solving

  • Ability to build relationships across the organization

  • Operational mindset that drives efficiency across the team

  • Agile experience required. SCRUM certification a plus.

  • Strong communication (verbal and written), influencing, strong presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Need to be willing to learn - have growth mindset

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $117,100 - $195,100, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
