An American Company is seeking a IT Incident Manager in Hybrid / Charlotte, NC.

Role Description

This positions responsibilities include the management, administration, and support, of the IT audit and Data Center Operations Team. This position will provide management level support for all team Data Center Operations Team Members and overall management of the IT Audit. Provide support for business critical issues. This position manages a 24 x 7 support team and will be responsible for communicating all business impact to appropriate parties.

• Ability to handle escalations for any severity issues and guarantee that Infrastructure uptime is maximized to provide quality service.
• Collect and analyze all IT audit responses and present to internal and external auditors throughout the year. Audits include (but not limited to) ECS ITGC internal audit and PCI Compliance audits
• Responsible for leading team of 24x7 operators for all severity issues, and day to day monitoring
• Actively develop and lead implementation policies and procedures for the Data Center Operating Environment
• Actively build cross-functional and cross-competence collaboration within and outside the area of responsibility
• Continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline processes.

Skills & Requirements

• In depth knowledge of IT auditing processes for internal audits
• General Knowledge PCI compliance & audit processes
• Proven track record leading/managing IT Data Center Operations teams
• Solid understanding of change management and repeatable/best practices within IT Infrastructure
• Ability to interface with business and technical management
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent team building and negotiation skills
• Ability to respond well to change and manage change.
• Must be able to work after hours for major incident management.
