McCarthy is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a focus in Video, Presentations, and Graphics. This role will be based out of organization's Southwest office in Phoenix, Arizona.Please include a portfolio of your work along with your resume.

  • Highly strategic individual who can partner with BD, Operations, and Marketing team members to develop best in class marketing deliverables including internal and external presentations/video, event support, award submissions, brochures, and more.

Technical Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. (After Effects is a plus.)
  • Technical expertise with video production including editing and storyboarding
  • Familiarity and experience with related video technology including video recording and audio recording equipment.
  • Ability to create final deliverables using Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • Specific understanding and ability to execute on video production and story boarding with the ability to efficiently deliver high-quality products in tight timeframes.
  • Experience providing graphics and written content for PR purposes and communications both internally and externally including award submissions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
  • Understanding and experience using CRM databases (Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus!)
  • Ability and understanding of how to conduct market research including information gathering on potential clients and other industry research to support development of sales and marketing plan.

  • Bachelors degree in Film & Media Studies, Video Production, Communications, Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Experience with Video production and technology including filming and technical knowledge of equipment needed, editing, and storyboarding specifically using Adobe Premiere and Adobe AfterEffects
  • 1-5 Years previous experience in similar role preparing videos, presentations, proposals, and other supporting marketing collateral.
  • Proficiency and technical ability in Adobe Suite, specifically Premiere, AfterEffects, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Desktop proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with CRM database management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills.
