C&W provides payroll and accounting services to various Asset Services clients. The employee will administer the day-to-day ADP payroll operations and all ancillary activities in a comprehensive manner. Functions include administering payroll for union and non-union members, managing deductions and benefits, preparing mandatory and statutory filings. This role is crucial to paying employees accurately and on time. Additionally, support to be provided for accounts payable across a portfolio of properties and other data entry projects. Administrator will work with various team members (i.e. the Director of Operations, Portfolio Managers, Accounting Supervisor, and HR) in the market to provide support. Job Description

Run and review ADP reports to ensure that all time is entered, submitted and approved prior to the established ADP cut-offs to ensure timely processing of the weekely and bi-weekly payrolls.

Coordinate directly with client, employees and managers to ensure timely and accurate time reporting and troubleshoot time reporting issues.

Work efficiently with 3 parties - ADP payroll team or other divisions, Union Administration team (Operations Inc.) and the client directly concerning all matters of personnel.

Ensure synchronization of all benefits, dues, or other Union matters (Local 94 or Local 32BJ)

On-Board new employees or terminate employees in ADP Workforce Now and follow up with all ancillary agencies

Coding and processing Workers Comp filings, FMLA, FLSA, STD/LTD, 401k, Union deductions and dues and coordinate filings.

Interpret time reporting policies and procedures to employees and managers and obtain clarification from appropriate sources

Code and process invoices through NEXUS payable system, understand purchase orders, assist with funding draws

Monitor arrears, make necessary collection efforts and prepare arrears report for Clients or join monthly client calls for discussion.

Bachelors Degree and requires five to seven years of experience.

Has processed mid- to large company payrolls
Familiar with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, Ceridien, Peoplesoft
Detail oriented, attention to accuracy, ownership of processes

Eager to learn
Proficient with MS Office
