What you'll do:
Manage course delivery through administrative support tasks that include: updating the learning management system, track student work, liaise with prominent guests, coordinate audiovisual support, and organize in-class activities
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the faculty
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and other administrative tasks
Proofread cases and papers, retrieve research resources, and submit materials for publishing and distribution on campus and globally
Coordinate events: communicate with guests, reserve rooms, order catering, and manage all relevant logistics
Prepare meeting documentation, manage filing systems, and maintain office inventory
Collaborate with fellow Faculty Support Specialists on projects and departmental activities
Move projects forward and continually look for ways to leverage faculty time
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

High School Diploma or GED required. BA/BS preferred, but not required.
3+ years of administrative support or related customer service experience working in an administrative, clerical, executive support, coordination, or related professional capacity
Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), or similar suites of programs such as those from Google and Apple. NOTE: As part of the interview process, you may be asked to complete a skills assessment that involves tasks related to the role utilizing word processing, spreadsheets, and slide shows.
