What We Require of Our Customer Service Representatives:
Shift Information – Our shifts run on a two-week rotation and are 12 hours. One week you will work 3 days with at least 2 business days off, 11AM – 11PM. The next week you will work 4 days, with at least 2 business days off, 11AM – 11PM. This allows our team members built-in overtime of 8 hours on week 2. Days off during the week to attend to personal matters without having to use their paid time off, and a 3-day weekend off every other week. Don’t let 12-hour shifts discourage you from applying. Our team members appreciate the benefit of scheduling appointments without using their vacation/personal time!
You would work full-time 12-hour shifts (36 hrs. one wk., 48 hrs. the next).
