Job Description:

TVFCU desires to recruit talented service professionals who embody our overall values and are passionate about the work they do for our membership. Financial Services Representatives (FSR’s) provide exceptional member service by performing various financial transactions on member accounts and cross-selling products to further enhance the member’s lifestyle. FSR’s:
 

• Represent and promote the Credit Union to the members and non-members in a courteous, professional manner.


• Greet and respond to members and non-members with a smile and in a timely manner.


• Initiate casual conversations with customers shopping in the store.


• Handle various teller transactions as needed.


• Cross-sell Credit Union products/services and open new accounts.


• Perform account research and answering member questions regarding account activity.


• Provide information in an accurate and timely manner.

Skills and Other Requirements:

TVFCU requires that candidates possess a high school diploma or equivalent with previous customer experience. Banking and sales experience preferred (but not required). TVFCU opportunities have the potential to develop into satisfying career choices that enable you to learn and grow.
