Dow Technical Expertise and Support (TES) has an exciting opportunity for a Fixed Asset Integrity Management Engineer (FAIM). This is one of the seven critical reliability fundamentals under Dow's Operations Reliability Strategy. Fixed Asset Integrity Management aims to provide the view and guideline for improving overall reliability of fixed assets. This exciting opportunity can provide significant growth opportunities within the Carrollton Site in Kentucky as well as Global Maintenance and Technology Centers.

As part of the Dow Technical Expertise and Support team, the successful candidate will play a key role in the program which reduces and eliminates process safety containment events; improves regulatory compliance; maintain excellent Global Integrity Safety Standard Process (GMISS) compliance; minimizes equipment failure and business impact. The successful candidate understands and implements Fixed Asset Integrity work process, partners with equipment owners teams to ensure processes compliance and meet site's fixed asset reliability targets.

About you

The Fixed Asset Integrity Management Engineer role is the opportunity for you if you are an experienced reliability engineer, with an advanced knowledge of Dow's Global Mechanical Integrity Safety Standard, Equipment Reliability Strategy and Risk Based Inspection Program.

Required qualifications


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • A minimum of 3-years of experience in chemical manufacturing engineering/reliability

  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States

Your skills, knowledge, and abilities include:


  • Being proficient in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel

  • Demonstrating competencies in the areas of: leadership, initiative, teamwork, and interpersonal effectiveness

  • Ensuring a safe work environment by working safely and, complying with environmental, health and safety standards

  • Strong work ethic and being able to remain productive in an empowered team environment
