Job Description:
The Structural Engineering Designer will assist in understanding structural building systems and focus heavily on wood framed residential construction.
Roles & Responsibilities

Possess the ability to review existing structures for the addition of solar PV systems.

Determine if upgrades to building structures are required.

Prepare evaluation documents for submission to the building department.

Provide additional support to field crews.
Qualifications & Experience
-
0-2 years relevant experience
-
Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with Structural Engineering concentration

Working knowledge of building codes, particularly wood framing
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus
-
Experience with RAM structural analysis software or similar program
