Senior Analyst- Ventures at Constellation Brands in Victor, New York

The Ventures Sr. Analyst will support the ventures team with analytic and project management needs across the entire Ventures portfolio, as well as our centralized ventures sales team.  This role will cut across multiple portfolio projects including, but not limited to, financial results, market/category analysis, sales performance, portfolio performance, and research on prospective companies.  They will report directly to one of our Venture Sr. Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining monthly scorecards to track Venture companies and key competitors against performance metrics leveraging IRI, NABCA, and other sources


• Analysis and tracking of financial performance of the Ventures portfolio


• Provide analytical support for Ventures Sales Director and Ventures Shared Sales Force


• Performing ad hoc analytics to support Venture partners


• Analytic support to identify high priority consumer, category, and channel trends


• Analytic support to identify high priority categories and prospective companies to build investment pipeline


• Managing inbound inquiries


• Support ad hoc projects across venture portfolio companies

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required


• 1-2+ years of experience analyzing large data sets and managing projects/processes

​Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in IRI, NABCA, iDig (or similar tools)


• Experience in alcohol beverage or CPG


• Deep understanding of how to build a brand in the marketplace
