What You’ll Do


  • Attain performance and financial goals through individual team management

  • Assess, evaluate, and report on individual team

  • Monitor team performance against service level agreements

  • Ensure individual team adheres to all Policies and Procedures

  • Manage daily operations of individual team

  • Maintain individual team book of business

  • Review and approve loan underwriting documents

  • Ensuring accuracy and integrity of internal administrative system

  • Resolve customer escalations

  • Build solid relationships to ensure transparent feedback and successful partnerships 

  • Provide “best in class” service and act as point of contact for escalations

  • Ensure and own client satisfaction and actively work on solutions and improvements to better business

  • Conduct themselves as an ambassador of company culture code

  • Model strong leadership communications 

  • Manage individual production team

  • Train and develop talent into positions of increasing responsibility at the individual level

  • Resolve talent-related issues and challenges

Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience


  • 5 – 7 years of financial services or insurance industry experience

  • At least 1 year of Leadership Experience is preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Life Insurance industry products

  • Possess strong leadership qualities

  • Knowledge of standard business practices and working in team environment

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills and work ethic

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast paced environment
