Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include:

• Promptly acknowledge new guests and place cocktail napkins on the bar for each guest.


• Periodically check with guests to see if additional service is required.


• Have a thorough knowledge of all drinks and their ingredients.


• Use suggestive selling.


• Know the procedure to follow when confronted with a minor or intoxicated guest.


• Restock liquor, beer, wine fruit, vegetables, and supplies.

Requirements:

• Ability to upsell.


• Ability to meet/exceed guest expectations.


• Possesses people skills.


• Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
