Surveillance Agent - Full Time (Planet Hollywood) at Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

T he Agent protects assets of the Casino from internal and external threats through the use of gaming and security cameras.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Has knowledge of all slot/game's procedures and Title 31 of Nevada State Gaming Commission.
• Ensures all surveillance equipment is operating at start of shift, during shift and completion of shift.
• Maintains all logs and ensures accuracy of log entries.
• Maintains confidentiality of all Hotel/Casino information.
• Reports all incidents observed on shift to the Director of Surveillance, Surveillance Manager or on-shift Surveillance Supervisor
• Communicates incidents to pit personnel by phone.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires one year of games surveillance experience.
• Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to interface effectively with public and co-workers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of all Casino/Hotel operations.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS :

• A very fast paced environment.
• Must be able to handle large amount of information and take the best action necessary to correct the situation.
• Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout all shifts.
• Use of office equipment and computers.
• Ongoing games protection training.
• Provides training assistance to new employees.
• Interaction with law enforcement and courtroom.
