Daily Pull-Offs/Reported Damage
Work with logistics specialist to get RA and new piece(s) set up
Get scheduled on next available truck
Keep customer updated
Overages/Shortages
Reach out to the appropriate Hub coordinator to research
Log into Queue to take calls
Assist our customers with updates on their order
Assist our stores with getting orders added on or pulled off
Assist our concierge/inventory department with rescheduling orders when necessary
Assist our drivers and/or our provider’s drivers with completing a delivery when necessary
Maintain emails and Salesforce case assignments
Acknowledge receipt of emails/cases and provide updates if research is required
Provide details of steps taken to handle request
Direct requestor to appropriate department for assistance if necessary

Experience and Other Qualifications:
Years of experience: Some customer service and call center experience preferred
Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of computer programs
Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order processing, picking, and shipping processes and procedures.
Valid Driver’s license preferred
Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred
Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary
Essential Functions of the Position:
Performing tasks using a computer and telephone daily
Repetitive processing steps.
Maintain confidentiality of customer’s information.
Always willing to adapt to change and keep an open mind to training
