State Street is looking for qualified individuals with strong experience in business project management, analysis, workflow design, data analysis, system flows and business architecture in order to create client solutions and execute implementation of the process workflow for our back office operations.

What you will be responsible for

As Consultant, AVP you will

• Lead workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis for current and future state models and architecture


• Configure platform UX for client-specific workflows


• ​Standardize data driving workflows


• Manage various stages of the on-boarding lifecycle (solution design, integration and testing, implementation and BAU hand over)


• Become a product and platform SME on State Street’s back office systems

What we value

• Strong analytical mindset and business analysis skills.      


• Have expertise in MS Office including MS Visio, MS Project and PowerPoint.


• Experience in BPM modeling
