Strong influencer and team player to provide internal product support of the Enlighten Change Program within Global Product Delivery. With an immediate focus on the Accounting business.  This position is focused on navigating the organization, coordinating internal communication and governance, and influencing business area outcomes.

What you will be responsible for

As Officer,

• Become an expert of the Operational Excellence methodology and Enlighten software and Reporting


• Engage and collaborate with Stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of Enlighten


• Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal meeting presentations and documents


• Assist with regular check-ins with in-phase leaders to ensure alignment across all teams and departments


• Providing status reports to internal partners on performance results, improvement opportunities related to waste or capacity and program adherence.  Assist with Best Practice calls to share best practices across business units.


• Assist in daily reviews of data feeds and follow up as needed


• Asst with growing and leading the team.  Adhering to performance expectations for Change Champions and Business Analyst responsibilities. 


• Overseeing day-today program adherence activities including audits to ensure timely and accurate entry of data and manager compliance in holding Turbo, Huddle, Week in Review and Planning Meetings.
