About the Role

First PREMIER Bank is looking for a Trust Processing Associate to join our PREMIER team! This role will record and balance trust account entries, ensure the accurate maintenance and upkeep of trust data.  You will also reconcile checking account statements, daily work and mutual fund statements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Input and process requested payments on client accounts.


• Create and maintain recurring payments system.


• Maintain and update document imaging system.


• Balance daily input to the system totals.


• Prepare necessary reports for management decision-making.


• Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills and Qualifications

• Must possess strong math skills, enjoy working with numbers and researching problems. 


• Must possess basic understanding of banking system. 


• Combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet essential functions and required competencies of the position

  Basic computer skills and proficiency of the English language.
