Full-time Position: Senior Assessment Specialist Office: Institutional Research & Effectiveness Job description: Stevens Institute of Technology invites applications for a Senior Assessment Specialist position in the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness (IR&E). Reporting to the Executive Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness, the Senior Assessment Specialist has primary responsibility for coordinating the institutional efforts to assess student learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness. As the primary point of contact for IR&E in campus-wide assessment activities, this position works collaboratively with faculty, school deans, senior administrators, the Provost’s Office, and other campus constituencies to build a rigorous and transparent assessment process and produce essential information needed for accreditation and strategic planning. This is a very rewarding and interesting role for someone who has a passion for assessment, thrives in analyzing and reporting data, has some understanding of accreditation requirements, and enjoys collaborating with others to decide how to best achieve continuous and sustainable improvement. Responsibilities:Compensation: Grade 8
