Job Description:

Vector Security Networks is hiring for a Sr. Accounting Support in Gainesville VA. 

Major responsibilities:

• Invoice entry and processing


• Enter invoice specifics in Dynamics GP for processing, creating batches and sending them to our corporate office. Invoice types to include:
  
  • Security Equipment
  
  • Alarm Services invoices
  
  • Administrative invoices for Gainesville facility
  
  • Third part invoices for service tickets


• Vendor statement reconciliation


• Review vendor statements and ensure invoices have been entered


• Reconcile account discrepancies with vendors


• Review equipment invoices that are unable to be matched to POs and resolve issues
