  • Supervision of stewarding equipment and employees
  
  
  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas
  
  
  • Delegate work assignments to staff
  
  
  • Assist in Banquet setups and plate ups
  
  
  • Monitor performance and productivity of staff
  
  
  • Assist with inventories & scheduling
  
  
  • Attend safety and BEO meetings
  
  
  • Review Board of Daily Activity and Chemical Tutorials
  
  
  • Report to Engineering any problems with equipment
  
  
  • Make rounds of all outlets and assist as needed
  
  
  • Check loading dock area
  
  
  • Check all storeroom areas and items

  A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support his/her competency.

  
  
  
  


• Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experience


• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time for training and safety purposes, and when interacting with guests and associates.

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage time and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  Education and/or Experience

  
  

  At least one 1 year experience supervising 5-8 individuals, general knowledge of kitchen machinery and kitchen cleaning techniques. Basic computer skill required
