Novo Health Services, a leader in textile and linen management who services the healthcare rental needs in the mid-Atlantic region, is seeking a Revenue Office Assistant for our corporate offices in DuBois, PA.

This position is responsible for various revenue office functions including assistance with invoice accuracy, generating various reporting, and tasks as assigned in a timely manner. Input data accurately and professionally 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Daily:

•    Process customer maintenance forms within 24-hours of receipt.

•    Generate all customer scrub work orders and monitor available stock or order requirements.

•    Assist with the maintenance of customer permanent files and Contact Manager.

•    Prepare and maintain all documentation for direct sale orders, pricing, and invoicing.


Weekly:

•    Assist with invoicing activities including but not limited to the entry of credits, adjustments, manual invoices, delivery charge audits, weight audits, etc.

•    Monitor scrub order availability, reporting on back orders as needed.

•    Prepare all necessary customer scrub allocation reporting for invoicing.

•    Monitor and maintain update quit business activity.

 

Monthly:

•    Prepare and distribute internal reports for divisional pounds and linen recovery program.

•    Prepare and distribute reject reporting.

•    Prepare and distribute scrub allowance reporting

•    Prepare new / quit business report.

•    Entry of Finance Charges

 

Quarterly:

•    Assist with preparing and distributing quarterly linen loss reports.

•    Entry of quarterly linen loss installments

•    Prepare and distribute summary linen loss information as needed.

 

As Needed:

•    Assist the Revenue Office with invoicing, customer maintenance, and scrub maintenance, as needed.

•    Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports as assigned.

•    Maintenance and promotion of a safe, organized work environment.

•    Perform other various job functions as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

•    Minimum of one year office work experience.

•    Proficiency with Excel, Word, business enterprise and documentation software.

•    Accurate, efficient, organized, confidential and extremely detail-oriented professional team player.

•    Keep professionally current on the knowledge necessary to perform the critical functions within the department through attendance at periodic meetings, seminars, and relevant workshops.

•    Ability to understand and translate detailed verbal or written instructions.
